Are You a Worshiper?

From “He Speaks to Me” p. 49, the boy Samuel ministered to the Lord before Eli. 1 Samuel 3:1 NKJV

The second thing we discover about Samuel is that he was a worshiper. In fact, the phrase “Samuel was ministering to the Lord” appears at least three times before we get to 1 Samuel 3.  This means that worshiping God was a part of Samuel’s routine and character.  He knew what worship was all about, and he didn’t let anyone or anything distract him from doing what mattered most – giving God all the glory He deserves.”

Will you make worship part of your routine and character today?

Ascribe to the LORD glory and strength.
Ascribe to the LORD the glory due his name;
worship the LORD in the splendor of his holiness.
Pslam 29:1-2
