It definitely felt like fall in Texas this weekend!
It was one of those absolutely gorgeous weekends that started out very chilly and slowly warmed up throughout the day. As I was pulling out a couple of sweaters to keep me warm, I started thinking about one of my favorite fall dinners: chicken chili!
Mhmmm, and I can smell it now…piping hot with a cornbread topper or some crackers, it’s perfect for a group gathering, Monday night football, or dinner at home with your family!
I’m sure you could substitute ground turkey ,beef or, tofu for a vegetarian treat! Let me know if you try it!
